Aluminium Composite Panel
The aluminium composite panel comprised of two aluminium sheets bonded to a non-aluminum core which is suitable for facade design and many construction methods such as ventilated facade constructions facade cladding, balcony cladding, door panels, modular partition walls, room dividers and etc.
In other word, it is an external construction cladding product that is used to create astonishing and durable facades. It is generally 4mm thick, consists of two 0.5mm aluminum sheets bonded to the non-aluminum core, generally being 3mm thick.
Nowadays, aluminum composite panel is referring to many other sectors through process of punching, which enables the design of pointy-type shapes on the surface of the panel, creating drawings or forms; roller bending, to make curved shapes; CNC stamping and engraving to create reliefs; 3D shaping to project volumes on a flat surface, etc.
